PEACE OF MIND THERAPY

Holding the patience for you until you can hold it for yourself

Are you experiencing challenges in your relationship that you want to fix, or do you feel like you're in a job that's holding you back and you have issues with anxiety, self-esteem, or setting boundaries with people in your life? Is life feeling tough to navigate, and you might be relying on partying to cope with stress? If any of these issues resonate with you, we might be a good fit to work together.

I offer therapy sessions in the comfort of your own home, car, or after work. Additionally, I provide empowering webinars to further support your personal growth. As a straightforward therapist, my goal is to help you achieve the life you desire. If this approach aligns with what you're looking for, feel free to reach out via phone or email, or you can book a free check-in called "talked to me" under services. Let's work towards finding peace of mind and creating the life you want.

SOMETIMES YOU JUST WANT SOMEONE TO TALK TO

What do you need to work on and we will work on. If you need someone to talk out your idea we can work on that.

Holding the patience you need for yourself

A little bit about myself: As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I have specialized training in handling suicidal thoughts, and I am also certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional. Since starting my practice in 2019, therapy has become a deeply fulfilling part of my life. My passion lies in helping individuals find solutions to the challenges they face.

I understand that confronting these difficulties can be tough, but I believe that practicing patience with oneself is crucial. Patience plays a vital role in various aspects of life, including our feelings, health, and navigating through crises. Embracing our humanity and allowing ourselves the time and space to heal and grow are essential elements of the therapeutic journey.

I'm here and ready to support you through your own unique journey. If you're seeking guidance and someone to stand by your side, don't hesitate to reach out. Together, we can work towards finding the solutions and inner peace you desire.

                                                                                                        Good Faith  Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
